We have recently received regulatory requirements from the bank regarding the compliance of BiKing Card. According to the new regulations, billing addresses and cardholder phone numbers from certain countries will no longer be accepted. To avoid rejection when applying for the card, please ensure that you use addresses and phone numbers from countries not on the prohibited list for all transactions. This new rule does not affect already issued cards.
Billing addresses and cardholder phone numbers from the following countries will no longer be accepted:
Iran, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Zimbabwe, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Iraq, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Guinea-Bissau, Central African Republic, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Crimea, Burundi, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Haiti, Jamaica, Mozambique, Nigeria, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Cambodia, Eritrea, Pakistan, Morocco, Trinidad and Tobago, Vanuatu, Colombia, Lao People's Democratic Republic (Laos), Vietnam, Honduras, Paraguay, Nepal, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname, Peru, Kazakhstan, Brazil, El Salvador, Togo, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Madagascar, Equatorial Guinea, Turkmenistan, Guatemala, Gabon, Chad, Niger, The Gambia, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ecuador, Kenya, Kosovo, Croatia, Tajikistan, Papua New Guinea, Angola, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, US Virgin Islands, Niue, Belize, Bulgaria, Namibia.
